When a rad and adventurous guy from London emails you asking to pick an epic place for the perfect marriage proposal, you search Google Earth until you land on a spot as gorgeous as Richmond Park!
When Alex called me and explain to me his idea, I was hooked. The idea of Richmond Park marriage proposal sounds amazing.

WHERE IS RICHMOND PARK?
Richmond Park is the largest Park in London. It is located in London Borough of Richmond upon Thames in South West part of London.
WHY YOU SHOULD PROPOSE IN RICHMOND PARK?
Richmond Park is a gorgeous place for your marriage proposal photos because it’s not as busy as the other Royal Parks. You get a beauty of the actual season and lots of open space in the same spot.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO VISIT RICHMOND PARK?
London area has a specific of mild weather all year round, so you could come and visit Richmond Park at anytime. Summer day will be busier, due to school holidays and vacation times, so I would advise to consider that. Autumn is great with it’s colorful trees and less crowded environment.
WHERE SHOULD YOU STAY WHILE VISITING RICHMOND PARK?

WHERE SHOULD YOU GO FOR COFFEE IN RICHMOND PARK?
Coffee in Richmond Park comes with the view and the best view you will fond in Pembroke Lodge. Their terrace is overlooking west, so coffee with a little slice of cake will be the best afternoon option there.
WHAT KIND OF OUTFIT SHOULD YOU WEAR TO RICHMOND PARK?
Casual and comfortable outfit is highly recommended. And have something to cover yourself if it become a little chilly. There is plenty to walk, so prepare your walking shoes with a grip. Flip flops are dangerous as you could injure yourself.
PRO TIP FROM RICHMOND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
If you are interested to meet a deer or maybe even a few, come back to Richmond Park early in the morning and while being very, very quiet stay between trees and near the bushes. Trust me, it is worth an effort.
